Perhaps you've been noticing a loss of strength? Or maybe you're trying to manage a chronic illness or injury? Recently given birth? Or maybe you just want to improve your current level of strength and mobility!
With a maximum group size of 6, this program will ensure your individual needs are catered to, allowing for safe, effective movement!

Anyone who wants to get a little bit stronger! This class will be very well suited to the beginner, or to someone who is experiencing a reduction in strength and mobility. Each participant will be screened and assessed prior to the commencement of the program and the program will be delivered to cater to everyone's individual needs.
